The Mountain View Solidarity Fund is expanding its focus to create a community land trust. Our goal is to create affordable, stable, long-term housing solutions based on respect and collaboration where residents have property governing rights.
What is a CLT?
Community Land Trusts (CLTs) are nonprofit organizations that create affordable housing by acquiring land and buildings. They prevent displacement and create affordable, stable, and long-term housing opportunities where tenants have guaranteed governing rights.
